up-to-date job descriptions. See the Preparing Job Descriptions section in the HR Basics
2. A team consisting of two managers who understand the big picture and an employee
who has solid knowledge of the individual job content and purpose should complete each
Job Evaluation Questionnaire.
3. The Questionnaire can be completed manually and the answers inputted on line or it can
be completed directly online.
4. The system will tabulate the points for the position.
